Just when we thought we'd never have to hear from the bumblebee hooker of melisma ever again after she was dropped from her record label, Randy Jackson has decided to resurrect Katharine McPhee's singing career by giving her a track on his upcoming album. The track is a duet with the misguided Elliott Yamin, who should be focusing on releasing another hit song and not doing crap like this. But here is the terrible song "Real Love". Yesterday in Beverley Hills, Katharine McPhee was married to the boyfriend she claimed to not have while on American Idol. Katharine and Nick Coaks, 42, officially tied the knot in front of 305 guests, including Kellie Pickler and Mandisa. Our bumblebee hooker of melisma is all grown up! *sniff* Nick is a failed entertainer like Katharine, so the marriage is the perfect combination of lack of talent. Being that her career is going so poorly, Katharine tried to hawk the wedding photos to tabloid magazines unsuccessfully. Hopefully they will retreat to a honeymoon in another country so we won't have to hear anything new about Katharine for at least a week.

Entertainment Weekly reports that everyone's least favorite Idol runner up Katharine McPhee will star in an Adam Sandler produced comedy with Anna Faris (Scary Movie). Faris stars as an exiled Playboy bunny who seeks refuge in a sorority house, and Katharine plays an unintelligent sorority girl. I thought the report said she was acting? Well at least when she has scripted lines to say, the stuff that comes out of her mouth won't be nearly as obnoxious.

Open Toes, off Katharine McPhee's newest album, Bumblebee Hooker of Melisma, is a masterpiece. Not since Fantasia's Baby Mama has an Idol's post-show song captured the depths of VFTW so beautifully. We can only hope and pray it becomes her second single.
