Sure, we voted for him. But we hated him too. And it's hilarious to see Danny Gokey fail epically before the finale. Pastor Rolex must be crying in his fancy car right now. It just goes to show that if you pimp your dead wife for votes, eventually you end up universally hated and as the VFTW pick. Gokey gone was so worth the votes. We just wish he had to sing "Dream On" on the way out again. Bye bye, Danny, see ya never!

Danny Gokey needs to make the finale. Adam Lambert is the clear judges' favorite. Simon literally begged for people to vote for him. Pathetic. Kris Allen is the one who would sell tons of records to little girls. Where does that leave Danny? How about singing a lame version of "You Are So Beautiful" and dancing like a douche? This guy is a train wreck for 19E and they would not want to sign him. So let's make them. If Danny stays, Kris's fans will be angry as hell. And we need more hate mail. Danny Gokey's personally selected song for tonight is "You Are so Beautiful." Taylor Hicks sang the exact same thing during the Top 3 week 3 years ago. Danny Gokey is clearly the next Taylor Hicks minus Taylor's likability, personality, sense of humor, and ability to not pimp dead people to win a show. Let's help him win!
Danny Gokey Murders "Billie Jean"
Yet even more of a VFTW endorsement... Apparently during his hometown visit to Milwaukee, Danny completely messes up the lyrics to "Billie Jean" because the lyric sheet blew away. So he didn't even practice or bother to learn the lyrics? The results, of course, are humorous. Watch Danny flounder on stage and look stupid for 5 minutes as he sings the wrong lyrics, looks like a deer in headlights at his band, and tries to cover with "Come on!" added in many times. This guy is too good to be true. VFTW Victory!
Danny Gokey Pre Idol Music
Yet another reason why Danny Gokey is the perfect VFTW pick. Here's a song he recorded pre-Idol called "You Are Welcome". It wouldn't even fit in on the Adult Contemporary or Christian radio stations because it's so boring and cliche. And hopefully he'd make a whole album like this! Go go Gokey!
