Alexis Cohen's Mom Says There Are Leads on Her Killer
Alexis Cohen's mom, Mindy Dallow, told the National Examiner that there are leads on her daughter's killer.
According to Dallow, Cohen went to New Jersey to the Six Flags Adventure amusement park. She was walking to get something to eat when she was struck by the car.
Prosecutors said they are looking for the driver, who authorities have told Dallow may have been a drunk driver. They also told her they have some leads.
Dallow said of the driver, “When I get him, I own him.”
We hope that the police do find whoever killed Alexis and that the person is broughtto justice. It's just very sad.
Alexis Cohen Posted a MySpace Video Yesterday
Yesterday, one day prior to her death, Alexis Cohen posted this video to her MySpace. Interesting last video. Alexis mentions that she lives in a bad neighborhood and she talks a lot about drugs. Could any of that have had something to do with her death? We'll see.
UPDATE: Looks like she was killed in a hit-and-run car accident.
"Glitter Girl" Alexis Cohen Found Dead
In a very sad story, it's being reported that former multi-time American Idol auditioner Alexis "Glitter Girl" Cohen has been found dead. You may remember her giving the finger to American Idol more than once, something VFTW has been doing for years. While Alexis may have been a little kooky, it seemed like she was a sweet girl inside just having fun, and she was definitely entertaining. We wish the best to her friends and family.

Alexis Cohen Denied Entrance at Boston Auditions
Oh fuck that! Alexis Cohen, also known as Glitter Girl, has been entertaining us and making VFTW happy for 2 seasons now. The producers asked her to try out again but then wouldn't let her in because she was late. Big mistake, producers. Alexis should be on every season.
That was fast. According to the Asbury Park Press, Police arrested 23 year old Daniel Bark from Toms River, NJ in connection with Alexis Cohen's death. Bark is being charged with "causing Cohen's death by reckless driving and then leaving the scene of the collision." If he is convicted, Bark could receive 10-15 years in jail.
