 Welcome to the Whatevia Awards!
No one cares about these, and if you win, really it just amounts to a "Bitch, please". We will be giving out 16 awards that defined this year in Worsterdom. The winners will be announced live on December 17 during the VFTW Radio Show. It's a fun celebration, but again, whateva.
The 16 categories this year are:

Starting today (November 14th), you can vote for your favorites in these categories in their specific threads. Vote for as many nominees as you'd like. For example, in the Favorite Hatemail thread, feel free to post as many of your favorite pieces of hatemail as you'd like. Everyone should chime in with their favorites, even if someone else has already posted something, because each mention of something counts as a "vote" for it. You can only vote for each item ONCE though, but feel free to chime in a second or third time in a thread if you forgot to add something new.
Voting for round one closes on November 30th at midnight central time. The top 5 nominees in each thread will become the official nominees, and at that point everyone will vote via secret ballot for the winner. That voting round will close on December 13th at midnight central time. The winners will then be announced on the 17th.
So get to voting. Because if you don't... well, no one cares. |

I don't believe that they would have handed that song over to Taylor for one second, when it's obvious that he couldn't handle singing a song like that, and I'm sure the writers wouldn't have wanted a loser like Hicks performing it either. The song was written for Chris, and that's why it was on the Daughtry CD. You made it sound as though it ended up there because Taylor didn't want it, but that's not true at all.
I think that YOU'RE the one that needs to watch what you say, or else you will have Daughtry fans telling you what we think.

SurveyMonkey limits us to 100 responses per survey. So once we hit 100, I just put up a new survey with the same questions and answers. That means tons of people are voting.
So yeah both are good to go. I replaced the Show Awards one a few days ago with a new survey too. |

I didn't hear I Know What Boys Like until it was nominated. I was thinking is it THAT bad? Indeed it was, not only one of the worst songs from a contestant, but one of the worst songs I've ever heard!
I still read The Lies Of Carly Smithson every now and then. The line where she blames her failure on 9/11 gets me everytime.
I voted for the Chile avatar, but it took me some time to decide between it and Smartie's Cuntyplant avatar.
Wow...how did Jeanne Smith KNOW I was laughing?
The Female VFTW performance was a shoe-in for Kristy! If Amanda only had one performance listed, she might have given her a run for her money, but 8DAW still would have gotten my vote. Country-Fried Beetles FTW!
I expected Mark to win best male performance, but Danny's performance was entertainingly worthy as well.
How could Paula forgetting her lines not have won? 
I still think Mantasia was of an award. |
