In a Bad Business Move, 19 Signs Danny Gokey
USA Today is announcing that Danny Gokey was signed to 19 Recordings/RCA Nashville, meaning the entire top 4 was signed to a record label that has ties with Idol. Sony Music Nashville chairman Joe Galante reacted to the deal by saying, "We absolutely love Danny. We haven't had anybody like that (in country) since Ronnie Milsap or T. Graham Brown." Ronnie Milsap and T. Graham Brown reacted by gathering a violent mob to burn down the Sony Music Nashville headquarters. No word yet on if there were any survivors.
Danny Gokey is Going Country
Danny Gokey tells Entertainment Weekly in an Idolatry interview that the direction he's taking for his album is to record country music. Now, some country music fans will buy just about any formulaic crap put out (see: Carrie Underwood), but we can't think of any way Gokey can legitimize himself as a country artist. Country music fans are also some of the harshest critics, and if they think Gokey's a fake, he's gonna get an earful. This is why we are happy he chose country music: the new few months should be hilarious!
Matt Giraud and Danny Gokey Aren't Fans of VFTW
It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone that they don't like VFTW, but Danny Gokey and Matt Giraud were asked about our wonderful site by Kim Reed of the Examiner.
Finally before Giraud left I asked if they read reviews or blogs and both said, "not anymore." When asked if they read the funnier Idol related sites like Vote for the Worst or Idletard they briefly squirmed around and Danny changed voices in to a bit of a childish, whiny character and said, "What's Vote for the Worst?" Matt then chimed in, "no they're mean." I said true but at times they can be funny to which he replied, "not to us!"
Well Danny has plenty to dislike us for, but Matt, really? All we did was make fun of your boil, which you then got removed and now you look better. You should be thanking us. VFTW is the voice of truth. Thanks for the shoutout though, Kim!

Danny Gokey Fans Want to Kill Us With Kindness (And Bad Spelling)
Poor disilusioned Danny Gokey fans (we know, some people are really stupid) have had enough of everyone in the world talking bad about Danny. Instead of realizing that when a majority of people think something it might be true, the Gokey fans are starting a campaign to go around the internet and post nice things about Danny the douche where negativity is being spread. So far, none of them have come to the biggest site that ridicules Gokey (aka here). But as always, it gives us plenty of comments to laugh about.

Twitter Exists Only to Make VFTW Laugh
Honestly, what kind of self-absorbed morons actually use Twitter to update people on every little thing they do? We are convinced that Twitter only exists so that when we need a good laugh, we can log on and see just how idiotic some of the Idol contestants are. Case in point, it would be fun right now to find Danny Gokey doing something stupid that will inevitably lead to ruining his career, Jorbacca talking about how much she loves to stuff food in her face, and a contestant talking about VFTW:

ETA: Turns out the Ramiele twitter is fake. This is her real one. Would someone get her to explain what "pots n pans blitches fuck wid it" means? And why would someone waste time pretending to be Ramiele? This makes no sense.
