Our favorite Chile is headed back to play some shows in the Midwest, so look out for those! She posted a MySpace blog today:

Hey everyone! Thanks again for being so supportive! I am going to try to do a better job of keeping up on this and keeping you all notified of whats going on, as well as answer any questions you may all have. Bear with me, I have no idea how to use myspace, so I will be slow at figuring it out! Right now I am still putting together new music to get out to you as soon as possible. I am home now, so I am able to slow down and actually breathe a little! I will be back in LA in around July to do pre-production on the new songs to get the musicians to learn. Dont forget, the next show is the 105th anniversary of Harley Davidson in Miluakee. Man, I am looking forward to that. That is going to be a blast! I will keep you posted as we are now looking to book things around the midwest, so for all of you close to my home, look out, Im coming to a town near you! Thanks again for sticking by me through all this, and hopefully we can make a successful career out of this together! Oh Chile, Im feeling good about it!!

Here's a fun treat for all of the Chile fans in Worsterland. This montage sets clips from Amanda's awesome performace at the Whisky to her studio recording of her new song "Play On". Sorry for the lack of updates, but I was in Los Angeles watching Amanda Overmyer rock out at the Whisky this weekend. Chile was amazing, and brought such life and energy to her live show, with fun covers and great original music. We're going to be hearing big things from this one, and of course, VFTW will be getting you all of the latest Amanda news first. Thanks for solidifying the presence of rock, Chile.
