Could you imagine all of the things that will never be clean again if a frauen get hold of Kris's apartment?

is he serious? first of all, he'd have stuff stolen if he rented his apartment out. there would also be tons of parties and crap, where more stuff would be stolen. and kris allen & daughtry? that would neverr work. they are different styles of music, and it would neverr sell. i think kris is still trying to figure out this whole famous thing, and he deffinatly needs to work things out and think things through, because it does not seem like he's making great decisions so far....

When one sublets an apartment does not mean they are leaving all their belongings it just means they are letting someone take over their lease for the balance of the lease, the biggist danger is that that person does not pay the rent or leaves it damaged then you are liable for for the rent and damages then you can go after the person you sublet it to. I have sublet my apartments twice in my life never left furniture or belongings

It says fully furnished- and only $600 a month! Maybe they'll buy a new house and new furniture with all the millions of dollars he'll get from winning AI...

Kris was a substitute teacher in Cabot, AR before Idol. My cousin had him as a sub. And $600 a month is pretty typical there. There are some good people there, but frauen abound too.
