Just for the record...
Sufficient evidence for a conviction.. in a system where guilt is decided to the best of
our abilty to mean guilty beyond a reasonable doubt....
Usually means that you are... ya know... probably guilty. In fact.. everyone I know who
has ever pleaded "no contest" to anything... was guilty.
