Her Solidify album is actually pretty... solid. She put together a great band, and that's about 60% of your sound. She is still a little limited, and soundalike (like Simon says) but it's worth listening to.
I too would go see her.

If you're in the Los Angeles area, check out VFTW favorite Amanda Overmyer at the Whisky a Go Go tonight. It's sure to be a fantastic show. Here's a little taste of Amanda playing at the Whisky last year so you know what you're in for. There's no excuse not to go if you're in the area. Get a ticket, rock out, and enjoy.
