What a bitch! Are there not signs every two miles clearly stating how much the violation costs to be in the carpool lane? Oh he was probably texting while driving and didn't notice them... ALSO against the law in CA. I hope he goes to court to try and fight this one and gets thrown in jail for a night on a contempt charge for backtalking the judge like he did to Simon. That would be priceless!

What a moron.
He must have a bad case of ADD, since he could not do a 3:34 long video without checking and then responding to text messages.
IF California law is like Texas law, if he goes to court to fight the ticket, and the cop does not show up, then the case is dismissed. Because the officers are usually too busy working, many of them cannot (be bothered to) show up for a minor traffic violation.

Danny Noriega brings idiocy to a new level. On a new YouTube video, he complains that he is receiving a ticket for driving in the carpool lane by himself. Danny should've just told the officer that he was riding along with his overinflated ego, which is clearly the size of another person.
