CTV has done everything possible the past two weeks to dance-proof its show (and sabotage VFTW pick Mark Day) so just in case anyone has forgotten why VFTW and the rest of the World fell in love with Mark in the first place, here's an awesome video VFTW's purpledarklighter made with all of Mark's awesome Chubby Newfie Grapeness, shaking Cod Cheeks and, of course, his incredible dancing!

CTV's been holding Mark back the past two weeks but it's all going to backfire on them in one giant cod explosion Monday night.
