hi, check this video out, at about 5:20 she admits to haveing been signed and that "it didn't go very well".
So what do we do now? she admitted it, does this clear her?

Not for me. I'd like to hear her admit that she was pre-cast because some A&R guy with conections still thinks she just needs more exposure for her career to take off.

this is true, but almost every contestant on the show had someone who thought that they just needed more exposure to make it big. It's just that fact that there might of been a connection to Randy that we are making a fuse. Truthfully I don't think she will make it to the end of the show, so in reality all the muse about her really is for not. I do think I might go down to her tatoo shop in SD :)

Your thoughts are logical. But I contend that TPTB will make up a rule as they go to fit their need at the time. If Josiah will bring ratings, bring him back.

even if one of the 24 were axed I think Kyle would be more likely to be brought back than Josiah. Just based on Simon's reactions.
