I surprise that Taylor Hicks didn't make the #1 spot. Than I saw #1 and said, "Ah".

Actually, if you do a search on the RIAA's site, you find that Taylor's album did sell at least 1.5 Million. Probaby with all the money invested, the label would have kept him only if he sold 2 million or more.
