VFTW does not keep a great singer from advancing. A lack of votes does. Last week there were eleven contestents. The one with the least votes was taken off. VFTW did not do this. Maybe they kept Sanjaya on but that's about it. No matter what VFTW does, GOOD SINGERS WILL ADVANCE.  The only point which they can be decisive is when it gets down to the FINAL TWO CONTESTAN TS!!! And I seriously doubt they have the clout to pull it off.

And for those who are in need of a clue, remember this. The music buisness is all about making money. If a record producer sees someone on AI that they believe has commercial potential, they will contact them even if they do not win on the show. Can you say Constintine? I knew you could.

(BTW, I do like Sanjaya, he's an okay singer, and he's cute! that's why I'm Malakar fan...................BUT I DO"NT WANT SIMON 2 QUIT!)

Simon is making a sh*t pile of money from AI. HE CREATED THE DAMN THING!! I doubt he will quit. But if he does I won't loose any sleep over it!!! They might actually replace him with someone BETTER!!!

Why would you guys even create any crap like this. What nothing to do with you meaningless and pathetic lives. Sanjay is THE WORST SINGER on American Idol and his stupid ass is too stupid to realize that this site isn't benefiting him but ridiculing him. People are only doin this to make a mockery out of him and bthey say they are doin this b/c of American Idol. You guys are ruining the hopes and dreams of very talented people out there with your ignorance and all u do is sit back and laugh. U r the type of people that wish you had half the talent to do what the "Idol hopefuls" are doing and in all actuality u need to grow the hell up. Life is too short to be wasted on ignorance and bullshit. That's why we as people and a community can never get ahead but when someone is always trying to do good u r gon always have "HATERS" in the background trying to tear down what was built. I Might be alone here but I love this idea!! Its sooo...funny! As much as hate watching Sanjaya every week it would be great if he won. I cant vote for him here in canada but i urge everyone that can!!

VTW you are brilliant! As long as you don't sustain your mischief for too long and ruin the competition completely, this is all good fun. There are still plenty contestants left who wouldn't win anyway so let the entertainment continue and let's keep up the campaign to Vote the Worst for a little longer. Simon Cowell and the TV production company who brought American Idol from the UK (and I'm British) have been laughing all the way to the bank and making millions of $s. I like Simon, but why not piss him off a bit too? -- makes things just a bit more interesting.

Also, can't really believe that everyone is taking this so seriously and throwing in all sorts of political comments while they 'bash' your site. I've read all sorts of comments to the effect that a website like this shouldn't exist because we should be supporting troups in Iraq who are 'fighting for democracy'. Right then, so why are these same people clearly watching American Idol and buying into the whole thing ... hook, line sinker? Maybe because it's the same people who blindly accept that 'what you see on tv might is an exact reflection of what's going on in the outside world'. Wake up!!! I wouldn't for a moment seek to undermine or question the poor soldiers who are so bravely putting their lives on the line in Iraq. But if you think this is all about defending democracy or will, for one moment, make the US or the UK any safer for that matter, then maybe you need a 'reality' check of your own?

Millions of British people protested against the Iraq war because they doubted the evidence that claimed a direct link between Iraq and the terrible events of 9/11. They also doubted Bush & Blair's argument that Saddam had weapons of mass destruction.  This argument, linking Iraq with extremist Islamic terrorism and weapons os mass destruction, has now, of couse, collapsed under a weight of criticism from ex-intelligence officers and ex-government officials. Does this make a difference to those in the US who equate a critical view of the Iraq war with anti-patriotism? Not a bit. Problem is that Bush has now committed himself and there's no way out. Who suffers? Ordinary Iraqi people, and, of course, the troops themselves. 

A sober thought. And somewhat off the subject. But just wanted to respond to some of those who keep mentioning the war and somehow linking it to what you're doing.
